Engaged Prospect was founded in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2015 by Dan Hersh. After over 15 years of leading national sales teams in a variety of industries, he realized that many small and midsize companies didn't have the resources or capacity to implement the best sales programs. Sales is one of the most critical functions in a company, yet most businesses never quite master it.
After outsourcing several new business initiatives of his own and learning about this industry, Dan launched EP because he knew it could be done better - more robust services, reduced costs and better business development results for his clients. EP has now become a leader in sales outsourcing, sales training, entrepreneur development, and sales operations.
