Educational background:
B.S. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University Professional background: IT Recruiting, and inside/outside technology sales Favorite part about being a sales person: I love connecting with a client and building a long-lasting relationship. I take pride in not being a stereotypical "pushy" salesperson who is strictly in it for a one-and-done commission. What was your first "sale"? I would get jobs to rake leaves throughout my neighborhood when I was very young. I made enough money to buy a Nintendo game, and was quite proud of myself. What was your largest, most complicated or rewarding sale? I was attempting to work with two specific clients for well over 2 years. After multiple meetings, proposals and near constant communication, I was able to close both clients during the same quarter. We integrated all technology at both clients' headquarters for almost $1,000,000. |
Why did you come to work for EP?
There is a vision for EP's future. The way the company merges technology into the sales process really sold me on EP.
How do you stay positive during the day?
I look at pictures of my child and realize that I need to give him the best life possible. Hard work pays off, and I owe it to him to stay motivated each and every day. I also do my best to avoid negative people. I view them as a cancer to productivity.
How do you stay focused on achieving your goals?
I push myself to be the best at anything I'm doing. I'm extremely competitive and have a huge fear of being mediocre.
Most unique reason you think you're a good sales person?
I take the time to listen to each client. Each one has their own idea of what they're looking to achieve. It's my job to get them there in a way they're truly satisfied with.
What's your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Spending time with my family, traveling, concerts, and cooking.
